As an Aquaculture Manager, you manage a facility that cultivates and harvest marine plants, fish or shellfish for commercial sale or for replenishment of wild stocks. Your role would include the management of the day to day operations, overseeing the budget, supervise and train support workers and have a role in strategic planning to improve fish hatching and growth rates.
