Export Development Opportunities in Colombia Workshop
With the support of the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency, The Maritimes Energy Association recently completed an Exploratory Business Development Expedition to Barranquilla, Colombia on behalf of the Atlantic Canadian energy industry.
There is a rapidly accelerating offshore sector and with its Deep Water Port and investment in infrastructure, Barranquilla, as a member of the World Energy Cities Partnership, is positioning itself as the Energy Capital of Colombia. The current local offshore supply chain is underdeveloped and presents significant opportunity for Atlantic Canadian expertise to enter the growing market.
