Each year, STELIA Aerospace produces more than 650 noses and fuselage sections and 6 million elementary parts and panels.

STELIA NORTH AMERICA COMPOSITE MANUFACTURING specializes in the design, development, and manufacture of advanced composite structures and assemblies for the aeronautic, defense, and space markets. Headquartered in Nova Scotia, Canada, with one site in Mirabel, QC, its main facility consists of 150,000 sq ft (14,000 m2) dedicated to operations and administration. With over 25 years of experience, this branch of STELIA NORTH AMERICA has a particularly strong focus on commercial aircrafts with products that include aircraft structural components and control surfaces. Its vertical integration is offering a wide range of services from conceptual design, material testing and inspection of the final product. A team of 400+ personnel serve its customer base with experience in project management, engineering, design, development, testing, procurement, quality assurance and manu­facturing.

STELIA NORTH AMERICA ASSEMBLY AND SYSTEMS INTEGRATION specializes in the assembly of large metallic and composite aerostructures and integra­tion of systems. The 85,000 square meter facility is located at the Montreal Mirabel Airport, and has room for expansion.
